½ cup creamy Peanut Butter (I used Jif)
1 x 14 oz. can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp confectioner’s sugar
In a medium glass bowl combine the peanut butter and approximately half of the condensed milk until smooth.
Add the cocoa powder and the confectioner’s sugar and mix until combined. Add enough of the remaining condensed milk to smooth out the mixture and make it spreadable.
Enough to fill and top a 5” cake.
(This is also excellent heated gently spooned over ice cream.)
