		<description>Yummy! I wanted to make something a little different to use up the cornmeal i bought earlier this year. I love waffles, and I love cornbread. I made your recipe this morning, halved it because I&#039;m by myself right now. I used blue cornmeal (pretty! coarse grind so a little crunch too!) and left out the vanilla and spices so I can enjoy these with some soup later. Win! Thanks for the recipe! (had to increase the oil just a tad, no big deal)</description>
